I went to the Apple store and they say it is a Jeep issue and that Jeep's software isn't up to date with Apple (Brought my iTouch in October and picked up the car yesterday). I have been in touch with the guy who sold me my car and he says it is most likely an Apple problem :-S He has organised for me to take the car to the service centre to see if it needs a software update....

On top of that I tried to transfer the music files across to the hard drive via a burnt DVD and via USB but it is not recongnising the files (for some reason my iTunes transfers the files as m4a and not mp3's)

Would appreciate some help.... I have around 16gig of music files that I want to transfer straight from my iPod to the hard drive and I really don't have the patience to do it CD by CD.
